TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
Welcome to Slab Club, a company dedicated to organizing wellness and fitness experiences in exclusive settings. By booking our retreats and services through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We recommend reading them carefully before making any purchase.

2. Accommodation & Rooming
Participants will be provided with shared or private accommodations based on their booking selection. Requests for specific room types or upgrades are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. The organizer is not responsible for any dissatisfaction regarding room assignments made by the hotel.

3. Payment Terms
1st Deposit: 50% upon confirmation. This deposit is non-refundable to secure the reservation. Remaining Balance: 50% is required 31 days before retreat start date. Payments must be made via bank transfer, with applicable transaction fees.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All deposits are strictly non-refundable. If a participant cancels more than 31 days before the retreat start date, they forfeit their 50% deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat are fully non-refundable. However, if a participant is unable to attend, they may transfer their booking to another eligible individual at no additional cost, provided the new participant informs the organizer in advance. No refunds will be issued for missed activities, late arrivals, early departures, or failure to obtain necessary travel documents.

5. Organizer Cancellation & Force Majeure
If the organizer cancels the retreat, participants will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer the amount as credit toward a future retreat. The organizer is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, airline cancellations, or unforeseen local restrictions. In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be at the sole discretion of the organizer. Participants are strongly encouraged to have comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

6. Travel Documentation
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations. Failure to obtain necessary travel documents does not qualify for a refund, and any travel disruptions due to missing documentation are the sole responsibility of the participant.

7. Health & Safety
All participants must disclose any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or allergies in advance. While the organizer will try to accommodate dietary needs, cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed. Some retreat activities may involve physical exertion, and participation is entirely at the individual’s own risk. The organizer is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health-related issues that occur during the retreat. Participants should assess their own fitness levels and consult a medical professional if necessary. In case of emergency, medical care will be sought, and the participant will bear any associated costs.

8.Conduct & Responsibility
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner toward fellow attendees, staff, and the local community. Any disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate removal from the retreat without a refund. The organizer has zero tolerance for harassment, excessive intoxication, or the use of illegal substances.

9.Itinerary Changes & Missed Activities
The retreat itinerary is subject to change due to factors such as weather conditions, local restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances. The organizer is not responsible for missed activities due to personal scheduling conflicts, late arrivals, or early departures. Refunds will not be issued for any portion of the retreat that a participant misses.

10.Liability Waiver
The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. By participating in the retreat, individuals accept full responsibility for any risks associated with travel and physical activities. The organizer is not liable for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or any issues related to third-party service
