Highlights of our unforgettable fitness retreat for women in Girona, Spain
We designed a fitness retreat specifically for women, focusing on a personalized approach to movement and well-being. Each participant explored strength training, yoga, mobility exercises, and breathing techniques to build a healthier relationship with her body. Our goal was to create a balanced and sustainable fitness routine that could be easily integrated into everyday life.
The retreat combined active training with deep relaxation. Our girls enjoyed massage sessions, time by the pool, and insightful wellness lectures. Breathing practices and SPA treatments supported recovery, while time in nature provided a refreshing reset for both body and mind.
A professional chef prepared a carefully designed fitness menu, aligned with the retreat’s physical activities. Each meal was thoughtfully crafted, blending nutrition and flavor to enhance the overall experience.
